31 THINGS GUYS SHOULD KNOW ABOUT GIRLS:
1. Whatever you do, don't just show up at their house [without notice]...they run around in their underwear just like we do.
2. DON'T CHEAT ON THEM. It may seem foolproof, but girls tell each other
everything about everything. Trust me, they WILL find out and you will be mud.
3. Beware of every single male relative and all guy friends. Any of them would kick your ass at the drop of a hat, and a lot of them wouldn't even wait for the hat.
4. NEVER miss an opportunity to tell them they're beautiful.
5. DON'T refuse to kiss in front of your friends. If they laugh at you, it's because they're jealous.
6. If they slap you hard, you deserved it.
7. Don't be afraid to touch them if you want to. If they're going out with you in the first place, it's because they like being in your arms.
8. If you don't sleep with them, DO NOT tell your friends that you did. If you DO sleep with them, DON'T tell your friends that you did.
9. You can be dirty minded in private, really...most of them are not offended by it...
10. Not all of them eat like birds, a lot of them can eat like whales.
11. Most of them don't mind paying half of everything, but they do discuss these things with their friends. Realize that if you make your girlfriend pay half all the time, everyone will know about it and your friends will know you're a pussy..

18. You're dead meat if you can't get along with their pets, parents, and best friends. Be prince charming to their friends, Mr. Polite to their parents, and make sure to be nice to their animals.

20. Don't be freaked out by PMS. It's not gross, and it really does make them feel like shit, so be understanding.

站在心理学的角度，看‘死亡’
可能死亡一直发生在我的周围，但是最近却频频发生..
部落客，朋友的家人，单亲妈妈，缅甸风灾，还有四川大地震。
死亡，已经不是两个单字，一个词，一句话，就能表达的感受，尤其是对当事人来说。
我还没有经历过生死离别，所以我真的不会安慰或说一些很感人的话，我想唯一能分享的就是学校课本上学习到的东西。
在生存治疗（existential therapy)的其中一个很重要的理论，就是关于死亡。
我们从小就面对大大小小的死亡，小至蚂蚁，心爱的小狗，大至尊敬的爷爷，或者是至亲的爸爸妈妈，兄弟姐妹。有些不痛不痒，有些则痛彻心肺，甚至有一天，我们自己都会死亡，离开的时刻。
自小，我们就知道，无论我们有多么特别，多么聪明，多么有钱，都会有死亡的一天。有些人知道死亡是无可避免的，每个人都会死亡，所以就会觉得做什么都没有用，反正我们都会死。在死亡面前，我们根本不算什么。
但是，虽然人们对死亡存在负面的概念，但是在生存治疗的观点上，它带来的，却是正面的，而且为我们带来生命的意义。
试想想，如果生命没有死亡的一天，我们的生活会变成怎样呢？是积极的过每一天还是浑浑噩噩的过每一天呢？就是因为生命有限，我们更会珍惜生命的短暂去做更多事情让生命变得有意义。
生与死並不是对立的，他們是一体的，虽然物质上的死亡，摧毁了我们的生命，然而死亡的意义拯救了我們”

If I happened to show up on your door step crying, would you
care?
If I called you and asked you to pick me up because something
happened, would you come?
If I had one day left, to live my life; would you be part of
that last day?
If I needed a shoulder to cry on, would you give me yours?
This is a test to see who your real friends are or if you are
just some one to talk to you when they are bored . . . send this to
everybody on your list including the person who sent it to you.
I just did.....because you are my friend. If I don't get this back I guess your not
my friend
